Unleash Paris 2026: What Our Flagship Event Meant to Us

Unleash Paris was our biggest moment of the year, and it delivered on every level. For two days, our team set up camp in the heart of one of Europe's leading HR events, meeting the people who shape how organisations hire, grow and support their teams.

We came with a clear goal: to show what an AI hiring team can look like in practice, and to listen closely to what HR and talent leaders actually need from it. We left with full notebooks, new relationships and a team that has never felt more connected.

Why Unleash is our flagship event

Some events are about visibility. Unleash is about the conversation. It brings together the HR leaders, talent acquisition teams and people-focused decision makers who are actively rethinking how hiring works, which makes it exactly the room we want to be in.

That's why we treat it as our flagship. It's where we invest the most, bring the biggest team and set the tone for how we show up for the rest of the year. This year, it was also a chance to bring our full story to life: one connected hiring journey, from finding the right people to hiring them with confidence.

Life at the stand

We wanted our stand to feel less like a sales booth and more like a place people genuinely wanted to spend time. So alongside live demos of NINA and TRACE, we served freshly made coffee and TraqCheck-branded tiramisu, and handed out a few "NINA hired me" t-shirts that quickly became a talking point of their own.

The result was a stand that rarely went quiet. Some visitors came for a full walkthrough of the connected journey, others for a coffee and a chat. Either way, those relaxed moments often turned into the most honest conversations of the event.

What we heard

Across two days, one theme came up again and again. HR teams aren't short on enthusiasm for AI. What they want is clarity: where it genuinely helps, and where people still need to lead.

Many of the challenges we heard were familiar. Sourcing takes too long, verification slows offers down, and strong candidates are lost while the process catches up. But the bigger concern was trust. Teams want technology that makes hiring faster without making it feel less human, for candidates or for recruiters.

Those conversations confirmed something we believe deeply. The future of hiring isn't AI replacing recruiters. It's AI taking on the heavy lifting so people can focus on judgement, relationships and the decisions that matter most.

Taking the conversation to the stage

The same question carried through to our panel session, where Ellie joined fellow speakers to explore where AI is already making a useful difference in hiring workflows, and what still needs a human to make the call. It was a thoughtful, practical discussion, and it was great to see so many attendees bring their questions back to the stand afterwards.

The team behind it

What made Unleash so meaningful for us wasn't just the stand or the session. It was the team. Colleagues from across marketing, sales and customer success came together in Paris as one team.

From early set-up to the final conversation of day two, everyone showed up with energy, curiosity and genuine care for the people they met. Events like this are demanding, and seeing the team support each other throughout was one of the proudest parts of the week. It's a reminder that the best technology still depends on great people.
